Artist | She/her
“I love the diversity in Peterborough and the connections I’ve made with people. It’s a real melting pot of backgrounds. If I could change anything, it would be more support for community, more focus on art.”
At first, Charley used art to channel her emotions but as she has grown as a person, her craft has too. Art has always been a therapeutic outlet and a space to grow but also a way to keep having conversations with others through this creative space.
Human connection is a powerful influence within Charley’s work. She has a passion for telling people’s stories and uses art as a tool to communicate, speaking on things she is passionate about.
When she leaves Peterborough College, Charley hopes to travel and gain life experience before studying illustration at university. She is hoping for a career somewhere in the arts.
