The Project
Regularly providing ‘Poem Drops’ on social media to make them accessible to all, especially those who would normally be priced out of the arts, Kat wanted to expand on this idea to release a collection of work across social media platforms. Kat was looking for new creatives to collaborate with on this brand new project. Working with exciting new voices, the aim was to celebrate emerging creatives while bringing an interesting and engaging project to life. The theme for this project was identity.
The Event
Featuring performances by Kat Beeton and an exhibition of art from the project, the night also included live music, from Peterborough College music students, that meant something to them or voiced their identity.
There was a wonderful turn out from a warm audience dressed to express on a cold winter night. It was a perfect way to celebrate these emerging artists at the end of a rewarding collaborative project.
